How much does it cost?
It depends on the store: how many shoes, how many branches, and what is already there. There is a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee for running it, marketing and support. On the intro call you get a clear price, in writing, with no surprises.
What do I need to do?
Almost nothing. One visit to the shop: a signature and bank details for payments, a code Google sends to the shop's phone, and approving the prices. We do everything else: photograph, write, upload and connect.
How long until the site is live?
It depends on how many shoes you have and how quickly the payment company opens your account. On the intro call we give you a date, for your store.
How do customers pay on the website?
Through Grow: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bit, in instalments too if you like. The money goes to the business's bank account. A tax invoice-receipt goes to the customer by itself, through Morning.
I already have a website. Can I move to you?
Yes. You can keep your address or start with a new one, and we move over what is needed.
Can I use it in the shop itself?
Yes. There is a till on the phone or a computer: scan a barcode or tap a shoe, take cash, card on the terminal or Bit, and print a receipt. The website's stock updates at once.
What does the AI assistant do? Does it act on its own?
It answers questions about the shop, writes posts, customer messages and supplier orders, and works in the accounts you connected. Every change, such as a price, a message to a customer or a post, waits for your tap. Only you type passwords.
Is it only for shoe stores?
Yes, on purpose. Sizes, colours, widths, exchanges and returns: we built everything around shoes, and it is what we do best.
Is it all in Hebrew?
Yes: the website, the app and the assistant. The website is in English too, for customers who prefer it.
Who owns the data and the customers?
You do. The orders, customers and shoes belong to the store, and you can export them to a file from the app at any time.
Is there a commitment?
The intro call is free and with no commitment. You get all the service terms in writing, with the price quote, before anything starts.
