Your privacy matters to us. This page says what information we, Solefront, collect on this website, why, and what you can ask for.

What we collect

• When you book a demo: your name, the shop's name, city, phone, email if you wrote one, how many branches you have, how you sell today, notes, and the time and kind of meeting you chose.
• When you write to us: your name, phone or email, and the message.
• To block spam: a one-way code made from your internet address (not the address itself), to notice forms sent again and again.

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. To count visits we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you on other websites. Our hosting provider may use a technical cookie to keep the website secure.

Why

To get back to you: to confirm the meeting, answer your question, and offer you the service you asked to hear about. We will not send you advertising without your consent, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it is kept

The information is kept in a database with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may keep it on servers outside Israel. Only the Solefront team sees it, and every connection to the website is encrypted.

For how long

As long as it is needed for the meeting, the question or the service. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law, you can ask to see your information, correct it or delete it. Write to us, and we will handle the request soon.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at its top.
